Thank you so much for this piece. I continue to listen, learn, read, reflect and adopt new behaviors consistent with what moves me toward being more consistently anti-racist. The only way for white folks (like me) to be part of the solution, and not continue to be part of the problem, is to step back and listen and stop inserting ourselves and our opinions into everything.
