After eating Ethiopian food (at a wonderful Columbus, Ohio restaurant) recently, I sort of fell in love with injera. I googled it to learn about what gave it its interesting taste and texture and where I might be able to purchase it. I had no idea it was so sacred. It makes me love it even more. Thank you for taking the time to share such an important element of your life and culture.
