After eating Ethiopian food (at a wonderful Columbus, Ohio restaurant) recently, I sort of fell in love with injera. I googled it to learn about what gave it its interesting taste and texture and where I might be able to purchase it. I had no idea it was so sacred. It makes me love it even more.
